MCA at Nirma University consists of 20+ subjects. The curriculum is divided in four semesters. Each semester includes core subjects and elective. Students get a choice to choose their elective subjects Semester II & III. Summer internship is a part of Semester III. Completing an internship is mandatory in Semester IV. The curriculum focuses on academic and practical exposure.

The programme is divided in four semesters. Semester I consists of six subjects. Some of the subjects include Computer Network, Data Structures, etc. Elective subjects are a part of Semester II & III. Along with academics, it is compulsory for all students to complete a summer internship and full-time internship in last semester.

There is no specific seat reservation in Nirma University, MCA. However, the seats are categorised in two parts. 15% of total seats are reserved for NRI students. Rest 85% seats are allotted by ACPC. It allots seats on the basis of entrance rank. Seat allocation is conducted in multiple counselling rounds.

Yes, the college provides hostel for MCA students. The hostel is provided for both girls and boys. Hostel rooms are available in single, double and triple occupancy. Both AC and Non-AC rooms are available. Facilities like Cable TV, common rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, etc. are provided.

There are various core and elective subjects taught in MCA at ITNU. All subjects include practical work as well. Moreover, students get to choose elective subjects in semester II & III.
