In BTech, the placement rate recorded in CSE, ECE and EEE branch was 100%, 68.22% and 85.71%. The highest package offered to students of these branch during placements 2025 was 52.5 LPA and INR 58.5 LPA.
In MTech, the best placement rate of 85.7% was recorded in Mathematics and Computing department. It was followed by EE (PES), ECE VLSI and CSE departments. The placement rate in these branch was above 70% and below 80% in 2025.

NIT, Delhi has a good placement record. The College provides in-campus placement as well and also provides ample internship opportunities for the students. The Placement rate of the college lies between 80-82%. The highest Placement was 25 LPA and the average Placement was 12 LPA. The companies visiting the college for Placements are Accenture, Cognizant, and HCL.
