Babu Banarsi Das recruitment at the National Institute of Technology Management is considered fair, where most students get placed, though the average salary package is around Rs 3-5 Lacs per annum, with a few other packages out of 10 -20 Lacs based on studies and personal employment; Most of the recruitment agencies are mass recruiters like TCS, and the recruitment percentage is usually higher.
