After the separation of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and the establishment of a separate NIT in Andhra Pradesh at Tadepalligudam, the home quota reservation in NIT-Warangal is now reserved only for Telangana students. So, the answer is no, but the same 50% home quota can be availed at NIT Andhra Pradesh. Earlier, before the separation, the students of Andhra Pradesh were selected under the Andhra Pradesh state quota at NIT Warangal. Under this category, the opening and closing ranks this year, for the CS branch were 979 and 1458, respectively.

You can get a good NIT in CSE branch with 97 percentile. As a female with OBC caste securing 91 percentile, if you belong to Andhra Pradesh state then you have 68 colleges offering you CSE and 63 colleges which offers you ECE. Hence you can get into any of 68 colleges with CSE branch. However, I couldn't find any information on the cutoff for NIT Warangal for the year 2023. You can check the official website of NIT Warangal for more information on the cutoff. Let me know if you have any other questions.
