You can apply through DTE cap rounds for all india seats. For previous years cutoff list for the same you can visit DTE website.

For pgdbm your admission will also depend on how you perform in gdpi rounds. If you perform well in gdpi there are chances because weightage is distributed among gdpi and percentile. The cutoff is near 90 but the exact is not revealed by college in the list.

Yes you can apply through cap rounds but only for all india seats. Check the percentage of all india seats on dte website. The chances are critical due to limitation of seats in that category.

The admission in pgdbm depends on your gdpi performance and percentile score as well. Provided you perform well in gdpi there are good chances of you getting in. The cut off for percentile is generally near 90 so you have a good chance.
