The National Science Olympiad (NSO) exam for 10th class is organized at school level. Registration with the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) is to be done by the schools for being an examination center, and there should be at least 10 students from each school participating.

That said, the NSO exam results for 2023 were announced on 03 January 2024. Those students who appeared for the exam can wait for the declaration of results through the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) website. To avail the result, students have to provide their roll number in the given format only. Such outputs include the student information, scores, international ranking, zone/state ranking and school ranking. Furthermore, it gives the students a chance to learn whether they qualified for Level 2 of the examination. The Science Foundation will release the NSO Cutoff 2024 for Round 1 in January 2025. NSO Cutoff 2024 will be released on the official website - sofworld.org.

NSO dates 2024 were released on April 5, 2024. The Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) released the dates of the National Science Olympiad (NSO) exam 2024 online at sofworld.org.

Students can register for all the olympiads in a year as per eligibility. There are exams like SOF NCO, SOF NSO, SOF IMO, SOF IEO, SOF ICO, SOF IGKO, etc. Students can apply for any exam.

Yes. This will give the students an opportunity to improve their previous rankings, and if they are successful in doing so, they will again be eligible for certificates and prizes.

No, for less than 10 students in a school, it is not viable for the Foundation to hold the SOF NSO.

Yes, NSO exam is conducted in only English. Students cannot appear for NSO exam in any other language.
