Both the courses are entirely different. They can't be compared. For BPT you need to have PCB whereas for engineering you need to have PCM.

BPT stands for Bachelor of Physiotherapy. It is a 4 years long undergraduate Degree course. The field of physiotherapy is also known by the name of physical therapy. No, NEET doesn't include BPT admissions. Colleges that offer BPT conduct their own entrance exams.
