Yes, you can go for B.Sc in nursing. No problem in that. It has very good opportunity and wider career prospectives. Admission will be based on your 12th score.

With those grades you can but my question is why do you want to do a UG course, you are already doing your BE. Universities will. Also, ask you and will hesitate to accept you if you don't justify.
