M.Pharma - This is the safest and most easiest thing to do after B.Pharma. You get a stipend and lot of free time to develop your other skills.
After completion of M.Pharma, you can go into R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Medico-Marketing, FnD, IPD, etc.
However, the growth in any of these job profiles would be slow as compares to the market standards.
I would recommend you to do a full time MBA from a reputed B-school. This is a much better option than doing either M.Pharma if you really want to it big.

If your prime interest is MBA then there is an option of Pharmaceutical MBA which you can look forward to.
