Yes, now a days post operative care has taken a new dimension. So this course has more demand in India as well as abroad. In abroad the pay scale for Physiotherapist is more than Medical Doctor with Bachelors Degree.

B.Pharm Is a 4 year degree program
and D.pharm is a 2 years diploma program
I would suggest you to go for B.Pharm

B.Tech. is better than B.pharma. These days B.pharma has not much value. B.tech. in fields like C.S./I.T./Mechanical/Civil are much better option to consider from career perspective.
