As per PMSS criteria for you must follow some rules like , you must clear 12th from a recognized board ,must be resident of Jammu and Kashmir and your Parents and Family income must be less than 8LPA.
AICTE PMSSS Colleges:
10 Supernumerary seats in each AICTE Approved Engineering college with a limit of 2 seats per branch.
2 Supernumerary seats in a general stream in colleges approved by UGC under Section 12-B or respective regulatory body of Govt. of India.
3 Supernumerary Seats in Government Nursing Institutions.

College of Nursing, SVBP Hospital is most popular college. In here, 1k+ Nurse are training. And they get job letter in many hospital.
