To my knowledge, there is no available particular cut-off score data for B.Sc. in Nursing at the Dharan Nursing College. The basic eligibility criteria for admission normally change from one year to another due to things like the number of students who applied, the number of places available for students, and the performance of students throughout the years in the exams /standardized tests or other relevant qualifying tests.

No, the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) does not offer an Integrated Nursing program, but it does offer a 5-year Integrated MSc program in basic sciences.
