Yes, any student can withdraw from the company interview process after the pre-placement talk. However, it must be noted that once the selection procedure has started, students cannot withdraw at any stage, unless they have a final offer from another company during the registration and interview process. The Noida International University placement cell conveys the date to the placement coordinator of the respective school and the students who applied for the particular company. Students cannot modify the date of the interview, except under very unusual circumstances. The companies then conduct the interview either at their respective office (in case of an off-campus drive) or will visit the school campus. The tests and interviews take place and the shortlisted candidates are informed through T&P cell about their selection.

The students at the School of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences, NIU are free to apply for companies appearing for their specialisation placements. Students are required to inform the placement cell whether they earlier applied for the same company on their own. The University restricts the students to apply on their own, as the only medium of application should be the placement cell. Before the start of the placement process, students have to submit their resumes to the T&P cell. Besides this, the cell organizes language learning programmes to develop communication skills.
