For Nursing course, you must have studied english, biology, physics and chemistry in 12th. So commerce stream students of 12th can't do the Nursing course.

You can check the previous year's closing cutoff score and trends for Bombay Hospital College of Nursing, Mumbai.
Here are some general eligibility requirements for admission to a B.Sc. in Nursing program:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) and English Core/English Elective
Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in PCB
