It's almost impossible for anyone to say as to how many seats are vacant, once the admission process begins. Normally the agency conducting the process keeps announcing after every round. In addition, some parts of your query, I could not unfortunately understand. Can you please be more specific?

Hello,
I am afraid, as minimum education qualification is class 12th, a student cannot think of joining this course. Even against management quota, if it exists since minimum qualification cannot be waived off. Best wishes to you.

That's bad. You need to keep tab on upcoming dates and deadlines.
You visit the college and directly speak to the admission cell if they can consider you for late verification.
