Hello. You can visit the official website of JJT University again. The online PhD application is still available, and we can see the date January 29, 2023, in the "Admission" tab. Therefore, you may apply for a PhD again, and the next CET may be held in January 2023.
You have to follow the process mentioned, which is to download and fill out an application form. Submit all related documents and your proposal before the common entrance test (CET) date. You can also contact the department using the contact information provided on the same portal at the JJTU.

No, you can not study any specific ocean-related course at class 6 standard as of now because None of the education boards is it CBSE, ICSE, or state boards offers such a course. However, you choose an e-courses platform like Coursera, NPTEL, SWAYAM, etc. To learn and develop an understanding of the course at your own pace and it's absolutely free with optional payment for certification.
