For M.Tech, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology in a relevant discipline or M.Sc. or MCA with an aggregate of at least 50% marks from a recognised university. Admission to M.Tech will be offered based on performance in GATE or OPJUET followed by Interview.
