Yes, you can still get some college without qualifying for the exams.
You can prefer good private institutes as well.

So, LLB is a three years full-time course and a minimum of 75% attendance is a must for eligibility for end semesters exams. So, you can not get the privilege of not attending the regular classes.

There is no integrated course for B.Tech LLB. So, you cannot do both the programs simultaneously. But, if you want, then you can do B.Sc LLB from GNLU/UPES Dehradun.
