Panjab University has a multi-step admission process which students need to follow to get into the university. Starting with the application, students are required to go through the course-specific entrance exam followed by other selection rounds (if applicable). UIET admission is based on the candidate's rank in JEE Main for B.Tech and 12th percentage for other courses. For the M.Tech programme, candidates are shortlisted based on their PGCET. However, GATE qualified candidates are offered direct admissions without appearing in any other entrance examination. National Level and State level entrance test such as JEE Main GATE UPCET BITSAT. Merit-based admission, UIET also conduct entrance exam for professional courses and also offer admission on the basis of marks obtained in class 12 for courses like B.Sc. And many more and do not conduct any entrance exam.

To get admission in Punjab University Regional Centre Bathinda, you need to follow these steps :
1. Get the admission form online from the official website of Punjab University Patiala or offline from the regional centre.

Yes, you can get admission in a college under PU (PUNJAB UNIVERSITY) through the CUET. The best college are DAV college, GURUNANAK KHALSA COLLEGE and Gopichand Arya college.
