Your top choice should be Regular Management. Operations management is also good but as title suggests is only limited to scope of operation. Strategic Management is also very niche course focusing only on certain aspect of management. You can choose a course on basis of your requirements. If your company has a demand for certain degree for promotion then choose that. Otherwise, Regular MBA is a better choice.

You can do part time MBA in banking and finance, the thing you have to do is that find better colleges related to distance education, such as Lovely Professional University, Sikkim Manipal University, IFCAI etc. All the best.

Yes, Diploma of 1 year is available like IT, HR, Financial Management, Marketing management etc. in several colleges.

You can't do full-time MBA with your LL.B. MBA is a Masters degree which requires its full 2 year. There is no use of doing part time MBA its of no use. Its better you first focus on your LL.B. After that, you can do MBA.

The MBA programs that require all your time and physical presence are called full-time MBA programs. All other MBA programs could be called part-time MBA programs. The part-time programs are open for any professional with some years of professional experience and can be studied besides the job.
