There are 'n' no of management colleges. But there are some criteria on which I can say the college list. Those are -
1. Pref. State.
2. Pref. Specialisation.

No, it is not compulsory. If you are genuinely looking to improve your prospect for getting a job, a good job at that, you would need to get into a good business school if not a great school.
