PDM University offers BCom (General) and BCom (Hons) courses. PDM University fee structure for BCom programmes lies between INR 4.5 Lacs and 4.62 lakh. There are a few components that are paid only once, namely a one-time fee. The total fees for these courses is presented in the table below:

Before applying for the BCom programme, candidates must review the required eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for BCom admission at PDM University is as follows:
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 in any stream or an equivalent examination from a recognised board
- They must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% (General category) in Class 12 or equivalent examination

The PDM University DPharma eligibility criteria requires applicants to have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics (PCM/PCB). The selection of the candidates is merit-based. They must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate in the qualifying examination. Hence, they shall complete the age of 17 on or before December 31, 2024. The age shall be determined as per entry in the Matriculation, Higher Secondary or its equivalent certificate.
