Since there is so much of competition in design entrance exams nowadays, it can't be said which is the best coaching for the preparation.
For Pearl Academy, the institute does not accommodate any preparatory centre or coaching and moreover, the exam syllabus is almost the same as that of other design entrance exams, so you may join any coaching. Hi Saurav!
It usually depends on the type of stream you have applied for. Generally they ask you about yourself, your background, your interests and why have you chosen that particular field. They will also judge you on your general awareness and personality traits. Read a lot about the field you have applied for because field related questions can very well come across during the interview to know how well you understand that particular field.
