For applying to the programme PGP in Management for Young Leaders at ISB, prior work experience is not necessary but preferred. The programme is for the candidates who have no or have limited working experience, particularly those who have finished their bachelor's degree most recently. Candidates must enroll in the programme on the spot, general beginning in May. GMAT is one of the admission tests that are offered and in order to increase your chances of getting admission you should aim at scoring about 650-700.
