The institute has not released the 2024 lowest package details. However, the highest, average, and median packages have been released officially. As per reports, the highest package offered during IIM Lucknow placements 2024 was INR 1.23 crore per annum and was made to PGP and PGP ABM students. For PGP SM, the highest package stood at INR 45.37 LPA. Alongside this, the highest average package was offered to PGP and PGP ABM students and the amount stood at INR 30 LPA. The highest median package also stood for PGP & PGP ABM batch 2022-24 and the amount offered was INR 27 LPA.

Companies such as Accenture, BCG and Bain & Company were the top recruiters from the Consulting sector during PGP summer placement drive for the 2025-27 batch. From the Finance sector, top recruiters included Goldman Sachs and HSBC Bank. From the FMCG sector, HUL was the top recruiter. 

Consulting was the top recruiting sector during PGP summer placements for the 2025-27 batch. The placement distribution in this sector was 46%.
