PGP is the popular programme of ISB Hyderabad. As per media reports, 394 companies offered 1,206 job offers to the 2024 batch students. The total count of students placed was above 850. Additionally, 70 first-time recruiters hired students. More than 50% of offers were made in the Consulting and Technology sector and 10% were from BFSI.

During PGP summer placements 2023-25, Sales and Marketing emerged as the most preferred domain with 46% of offers attracted. The second domain attracting a good percentage of offers was Consulting and Strategy. The highest stipend offered during PGP summer placements for the batch 2023-25 was INR 5.21 lakh. A total of 72 companies participated. The institute also witnessed the participation of 38 new recruiters. The key highlights of IIM Shillong summer placements 2023-25 are tabulated below:

As per the records, 87 companies participated in the 2023-24 PGP placements. This included 46 new recruiters. Earlier, 63 companies were part of PGP placements 2023 and 26 new recruiters were witnessed.
