Mohamed Sathak A.J. College of Pharmacy does not have any explicit policy in the matter of fee refund. Generally, fee refund policies of educational institutions are governed by the conditions contained in the admission prospectus and the particular circumstances of the student's withdrawal. Generally, colleges retain part of the fees paid as processing charges if a student withdraws after admission. The fee refund policy and conditions of the institution can thus be accessed directly by contacting the college administration or through the official prospectus.

Yes, SRM IST, Chennai College of Pharmacy has a refund policy, though. The students have to note down their enrollment number with their payment date and present the same to the concerned person in the Admin/Accounts Office for writing his/her request for the respective amount. Refund of money is at the behest of the management as it takes about 30 days. However, they cannot refund the registration fees. All refund requests are to be made in person, not through email or even oral request. Once all documents are found correct, the refund amount is transferred by way of NEFT in a bank account.

Typically the refund policy is determined by the timing of the student's withdrawal from the course. If a student withdraws prior to the start of classes, a full refund (minus processing fees) may be issued. After the academic session begins, the refund amount gradually decreases. It is best to consult their official policy or contact the admissions office directly for specific information on their fee refund proc
