Symbiosis School of Visual Arts and Photography offers undergraduate courses to students. At the undergraduate level, the college offers a BA In Visual Arts And Photography. This BA is a three-year course. Students get an option to choose either the hostel or they can even opt to stay outside. 30% of the programme is theory while 70% of the programme is practical. The assessment is 100% practical and internal.

Symbiosis School of Visual Arts and Photography Lavale campus has three boys' and three girls' hostels. Students get to stay comfortably in these hostels as the hostels have well-established buildings and are equipped with mostly modern facilities. Hence, the college provides a comfortable stay to undergraduate students.

Yes, National Academy of Media and Events offers courses related to photography. The Commercial Photography Diploma offered by NAME Kolkata is one such course. It is a six-month course and candidates pursuing the course learn subjects like History and Evolution of Photography.  The curriculum of the course is divided in four phases and the last phase requires candidates to get industry experience by working with a client.

If you like to learn photography for free there are few online courses that can get you started such as coursera, udemy, edx etc. You can learn photography course from it and gain certificate. Or you can use YouTube tutorials to get started for free and you can watch and learn from professionals.

But learning photography takes soo much effort and practice so learn from scratch
