It would be very hard and troublesome for you, if your sketching is not good. Also, you should have good knowledge about programming and computer software. Professional Studies in gaming usually requires students to be very good in graphics design. If you can learn Photoshop and drawing along with course then you can go for it.

No, they don't teach us to photoshop in BCA but the creative team conducts many workshops throughout the year in which potential interested students can learn the art of designing and editing, plus many members of the group are there to help you out.

You just have to learn these software and you should be computer savvy for the same. There is no other skill required to learn these software.

As per their own statement fees is affordable: In general, students have to pay Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1, 50,000/- for the computer course. In Oxford, we just charge an affordable fee i.e. Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 19,000/- as per the course and duration.
Infact, we finance you training. Instead of charging a big amount, we just charge nominal amount towards the lab maintenance only and 30 days salary after you get employed in industry.
