The first two years of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy at KJ Somaiya College of Physiotherapy focus on foundational medical sciences. In the first year, students study Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry, along with the fundamentals of Kinesiology and Electrotherapy. The second year introduces Pathology, Microbiology, and Pharmacology of Kinesiology and Kinesiotherapy. 

The final year of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy at KJ Somaiya College of Physiotherapy is highly specialized, covering Musculoskeletal, Neuro, Cardiovascular, and Respiratory Physiotherapy. Students also study Community Physiotherapy, Research Methodology, and Biostatistics. Beyond clinical skills, the programme includes Professional Practice and Ethics, as well as Administrative Management and Marketing.

During the third year of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy at KJ Somaiya College of Physiotherapy, the curriculum shifts toward specialised medical and surgical fields. Students learn about General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, and General Medicine. They will also study Neurology, Paediatrics, and Gynaecology.
