No, the NEET exam is not required for admission to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) programme at Government Medical College (GMC) Nagpur. However, MHT CET scores are considered for admission to BPT at GMC Nagpur. 

Eligibility for BPT at GMC Nagpur 

To be eligible for admission to BPT at GMC Nagpur, you must have passed 10+2 or HSC with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognised board.

The BPT programme at GMC Nagpur is a four and a half year full-time course.

Aspirants are selected for BPT admission based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates who are selected need to come for document verification. Below are the documents required for BPT admission:

• SSLC marks card
• PUC/ Class 12 marks card
• Transfer/ Leaving Certificate
• Migration Certificate (For non-karnataka domiciliary candidates)
• Character/Conduct certificate

Yes, candidates seeking admission to BPT at Alvas College of Physiotherapy must have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the admission year.

Every candidate must furnish to Principal of the Institution a certificate of Medical Fitness from an authorised Government Medical Officer to the effect before admission, that the candidate is physically fit to undergo Physiotherapy course.

Candidates must pass a PG degree in Physiotherapy i.e. MPT degree by this university, or a master's degree considered as equivalent by RGUHS to apply for Alvas College of Physiotherapy PhD course. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Alvas College of Physiotherapy admission to MPT course is based on merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam. Candidates need to report at the campus for document verification and fee payment after completion of the selection rounds.

Yes, candidates need to complete six months of compulsory rotatory internship along with completing BPT with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for MPT programme of Alvas College of Physiotherapy. Aspirants must also hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Candidates must pass BSc (PT) or BPT with the duration of study of 3.5 or 4 years from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences or from any other University with at least 50% aggregate to apply for Alvas College of Physiotherapy, Moodubidire MPT course. 

Aspirants who have passed BPT through bridge course or through lateral entry after completing their Diploma in Physiotherapy from institutions can also apply.
