You must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent from a recognised board.
 Your 12th must include Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and English as compulsory subjects.

2. Minimum Age

 You must be at least 17 years old on or before 31 December of the year of admission.

3. Entrance Test Requirement

Admission is *based on performance in the All India Allied Health Common Entrance Test (AIAHCET / AIAHET) or a similar entrance test conducted by the university.

4. Medical Fitness

 You must be medically fit and submit a medical fitness certificate at the time of admission.

5. Nationality

Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, and Foreign Nationals are all eligible, but you must produce valid proof of nationality (e.g., passport or a certificate from the appropriate authority).

You can collect a printed application form for BPT, MPT, or Ph.D. programs.

Fill Out the Form

Complete all details carefully: personal information, academic qualifications, BPT/MPT details, contact info, etc.

Attach photocopies of mark sheets, certificates, and ID proofs as specified in the instructions.

Submit the Form

Submit the form in person at the college office or via speed post/courier (if the college allows postal submission).

Pay the application fee (if any) at the time of submission.

Follow Admission Procedure

For MPT, even if you apply offline, you must appear for the entrance exam (AIPGPET) for selection.

After the exam, follow the merit list, counselling, and document verification process to secure admission.

• Ph.D. in Physiotherapy
  – Duration: Minimum 3 years
  – Admission via an entrance exam by Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth
  – Research areas include orthopaedics, sports, hand conditions, neurosciences, physical diagnosis, cardio‑respiratory sciences, paediatrics, and rehabilitation.
