PRIST application process can be completed in online/offline mode. For offline applications, candidates can follow any one of the following two ways:

  • Visit the official website of PRIST and download the application form by clicking on "Admissions". Send the duly-filled application form, along with a DD for application fee, to the following address: 

"The Director (Admissions),

PRIST University; Vallam, Thanjavur-613403

Tamil Nadu, India" 

  • Alternatively, candidates can visit the Admission Office situated at the PRIST campus and buy the application form.

For PRIST University online application process 2024 for the BTech courses, candidates must follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of PRIST University.

Step 2: Click on the Hamburger icon (three horizontal lines).

Step 3: Out of all the options, click on ‘Online Admission/Registration for 2024’.

Step 4: Click on ‘New Registration’.

Step 5: Fill-out the application form.

Step 6: Upload all the necessary documents.

Step 7: Pay the application fee along with the required documents via net-banking, credit card or debit card.

To secure admission at PRIST (deemed-to-be) University for BTech, candidates must apply for the programme in online/offline mode. They must also register for the TNEA counselling. Before applying, candidates must ensure that they are eligible for admission. To be eligible for PRIST BTech admission,   applicants must have passed Class 12 with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational Subjects. They must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% in the case of reserved category candidates) in the abovementioned subjects.

Yes, PRIST University offers BTech in multiple specialisations. Students can choose to pursue the programme in full-time/part-time mode. The duration of the full time programme is four years while the duration of the part-time programme is 3.5 years. The BTech specialisations available at PRIST include CSE, ECE, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, etc. The admission is provided based on the Class 12 merit of the applicants, followed by the TNEA counselling.
