To get a seat in the BPharm course at Poona College of Pharmacy, candidates are required to complete their Class 12 from the PCM/ PCB stream with an aggregate of 45% (40% for SC/ ST candidates). Moreover, the eligibility criteria for admissions to BPharm Lateral are that candidates must complete a Diploma in Pharmacy course with a minimum of 45% aggregate.
Further, candidates are required to appear for the entrance exam, i.e., BVP CET (BV PHARM UG), at the given time and schedule.

The total number of seats offered in the BPharm course at Poona College of Pharmacy is sanctioned by the Pharmacy Council of India. Each semester of the BPharm course at Poona College of Pharmacy consists of not less than 100 working days. The odd semesters shall be conducted from June/ July to November/ December, and the even semesters are usually held from December/ January to May/ June in every calendar year. The course of study for BPharm at PCP, BVDU extend over a period of eight semesters (four academic years) and six semesters (three academic years) for lateral entry students. The curriculum and syllabus for the programme shall be prescribed from time to time by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi. the names of the subjects offered in the first semester are as follows:

The deadlines to fill out a BPharm application form at Poona College of Pharmacy for the academic batch 2025 have been released. The last date to apply for BVP CET 2025 was May 30, 2025. The minimum eligibility requirement to get admission into the BPharm course at Poona College of Pharmacy is that candidates must complete their Class 12 with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, and Mathematics/ Biology as one of the subjects, with an aggregate of 45% (40% for the SC/ST category). Moreover, candidates who have completed a DPharm course or any education approved by the Pharmacy Council of India can apply for a BPharm course.
Further, candidates are required to appear in BV-PHARMUG (conducted by the affiliating university). Candidates who get shortlisted in the entrance exam will go through a counselling process
