Presidency College offers BBA programme in full-time mode for the duration of 3 years. The College offers BBA on the basis of merit and valid scores of previously attempted examination. Furthermore, the College offers an annual intake of 300 students with a total tuition fee worth INR 4 Lakh.

Presidency College offers MBA as a PG level programme in full-time mode for the duration of 2 years. The College offers MBA on the basis of minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation and valid scores of accepted entrance exams such as KMAT/ Karnataka PGCET or equivalent. It is not mandatory to appear for one particular exam. However, candidates must score well in which ever equivalent exam they opt for.

The official placement report for BBA placement has not been released by Presidency College yet. However, student reviews present on Shiksha suggest that the college provides good placement opportunities. However, the conversion depends on the student's individual skill set and knowledge. Other than this, the official website of the institute states that a total of 2204 students were placed in 2023. Moreover, the institute witnessed the participation of 270+ companies.

For selection of candidates for the Presidency College BBA courses, the institute holds an interview process.
