Being an alumnus of LPU I would prefer LPU as it has helped me grow professionally and provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements etc. LPU is one of the best private universities in the country with world-class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty. It has around 25000+ Students across the campus in different professional Schools. It offers more than 200 programmes in different disciplines. The Ministry of Human Resource Department, Government of India has released NIRF Ranking 2020 and LPU appears in Top 100 in its most crucial Overall category, which includes IITs and Central Universities. University Engineering School is in the Top 100, Management School in the Top 50, and Pharmacy School in the Top 30 institutions of India. Prestige Institute of Management is one of the premier institutes of the central India for management studies affiliated to the state government run Devi Ahilya Bai Vishwavidhyalaya (DAVV).
Though, the institute does not have remarkable placement record, it is successful in achieving 90 percent placement record and also has nice locational factors.
The placement record for the past recruitment session is around 9 LPA whereas 9 LPA being the highest and 1.6 LPA being the lowest.
There is no remarkable abroad placement here.
So, the institution should not be preferred for long distance education purpose.
Also, one should put his/her own extra efforts to get a good placement.
