Hello, last year cut off for MMS open seat in the last round was 96.17 percentile. so if the cut offs follow similar trend, you might have a chance to get in.

Hello, the cut off is 70-80 percentile to get a call for GD/PI. Once you get a call , your selection will depend upon your performance in GD/PI round.
