PTU BArch

Candidates are advised to provide original documents while confirming their PTU BArch admission. A set of original along with photocopies should be present at the allotted college. All documents should be checked properly and the candidates are advised to check the official list released by the authorities. If the candidates are unable to verify their documents, then their admission will not be confirmed.

All allotted candidates will have to confirm their admission before the specified last date. First, the candidates will have to report to the allotted college and verify their documents. All candidates will have to pay the required fee to confirm their admission. If the candidates fail to confirm their admission before the final date, then their allotment will be cancelled.

The authorities will prepare the PTU BArch cutoff after checking various factors related to the qualifying exam (NATA/JEE Main Paper 2) and admission process. Some of the important factors that the authorities will consider while preparing the PTU BArch cutoff are - difficulty level of qualifying exam, total number of qualified candidates, total number of seats, previous years' cutoff trends, etc. 

As per previous years' trends, the authorities are not expected to release the PTU BArch cutoff online. However, if released, the candidates will be able to find the updated PTU BArch cutoff here. The minimum scores required to have a higher chance of admission into the preferred colleges will be released through the cutoff of PTU BArch.  

PTU BArch 2024 counselling dates will be announced online at ptu.ac.in. All candidates should stay updated with the official dates of PTU BArch 2024 counsellling to know when the important events will be conducted. Through the PTU BArch counselling dates, the candidates will be able to check the official schedule of when the counselling form, merit list and seat allotment will be released.

PTU BArch 2025 counselling choice filling dates are expected to be announced soon. The registered candidates will have to complete the choice filling process before the final date. Through the facility, the candidates will have to select their choice of colleges for admission in the order of preference. If the candidates do not submit their choices before the final date, then they will be allotted as per the availability.

Yes. Candidates will be able to pay the PTU BArch counselling fee offline. To make the offline payment, the candidates will have to pay thorugh cash using E-slip at HDFC, IDBI, AXIS and State Bank of Patiala (SBOP) banks. The candidates are advised to keep the e-slip safe until the end of admission. The PTU BArch counselling fee can also be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.

While filling out the PTU BArch counselling form, the candidates will have to provide their personal details i.e., name, gender, date of birth, category, parents' names and more. Important academic details such as 12th standard exam details, NATA/JEE Main Paper 2 scores and more have to be provided. Candidates will also have to provide their contact information such as email address, mobile number, address and more. All of the provided details have to be valid.

PTU BArch seat allotment dates have not been announced yet. After completing the registration and choice filling process, the authorities will allot seats to the candidates based on their merit, preference, category and seat availability. To access the PTU BArch seat allotment result, the candidates will have to log in using the required credentials.

Yes. Candidates will be able to apply for PTU BArch counselling process with JEE Main scores. However, only Paper 2 scores will be considered. Candidates will not be eligible for PTU BArch counselling process with JEE Main Paper 1 (BTech) scores. Along with JEE Main Paper 2 scores, the authorities will also accept candidates who have a valid NATA score.
