You will see a hike in the average salary from Rs 4-6 lakh per year to Rs 5-7 lakh per year .As no of persons to be recruited are going higher as most of the companies are in expanding periods .

2014-2016 -Rs 8.5 lakh & Rs 3.5 lakh .
2015-2017 - Rs 12 lakh & Rs 3.5 lakh.

If your scores are less than cutoff, then you have to take PIBM's Aptitude Test called as PMAT. Admission is based on cumulative scores from Aptitude Test (CAT/MAT/CMAT/PMAT), GD, PI & Work Experience
