LPU is best for pursuing a B.A. (Journalism and Mass Communication) and M.A. As my cousin completed his degree last year. The programme is designed to expose students to all dimensions of Print, Electronic, and New Age Media. As we all know, Mass Communication is a medium of dispersing information to many people. The term is not limited to only journalism but spreads its branches to various other media fields including newsgathering and reporting, film direction and production, event management, public relations, advertising, corporate communication, and the list continues. MLIS (Master of Library and Information Science) course is a 1 year professional postgraduation degree that deals with the advanced library principles and information Science practices.
