Under usual circumstances, a one year gap will not affect your placement at all. Your placement is only based on your college performance, the skills you posses and your performance in the aptitude test and interview.

Hi,
For admission to the MBA program, a merit list is prepared based on the performance in All-State/ National level scores like CAT/ MAT/ CMAT. Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in the Entrance Test and Personal Interview. Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream with 50% marks (47.5% marks for SC/ST). Good luck.
