PIET invites the leading brands of the corporate world to campus every year. The Reputed companies like Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant, Syntel, Accenture, IBM, HCL, Sasken, CSC, etc., conduct the campus interviews and recruited students through the Consortium.

PIET 2023 Admission Procedure is based on the National level entrance exam/ State level entrance exam or merit basis. For Engineering courses admission is based on the inter-se-merit of JEE Main. For Master of Business Administration courses admission will be based on the CMAT/ Management Aptitude Test scores.

As per the reservation policy the Government of Haryana, 75 percent of sanctioned intake can be done by HSTES through counselling procedure. 25 percent of seats will be filled by management quota. The remaining seats will be filled by institute level counselling process.

DTU is considered to be very good at placements compared to PIET. However, DTU has a 60-80% placement rate in core branches, and the average salary package is around 8-10 LPA. PIET has a good placement record, with around 60-70% of students getting placed in the last year. The average salary package offered at PIET is around 5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is around 28 LPA.

Comparing Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology and Delhi Technological University to determine which is better is subjective and depends on individual preferences and priorities. However, DTU is better than PIET in terms of placements, fees, etc.
