The eligibility criteria for B.Com Banking and Insurance mainly focuses on aggregate in 10th and 10+2

Education: 10+2 education completed in the Science stream from a recognised educational Board, preferably with Commerce subject as the main subjects of study.

Minimum Aggregate Score: A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level.

Admission is based on performance in a relevant entrance test or direct admission based on the candidate’s performance at the 10+2 level.

Actually the number may vary from year to year. The average intake capacity for the programme is around 120 to 150 seats every year. 

Total capacity for B.Com seats : 120 to 150 seats per year

Researved seats for Uttarakhand docimile students : 40% to 50%

Researved seats for other state students : 50% to 60%

Researved seats for international students : 5% to 10%

The university may also offer additional seats in management quota.

The fee for B.Com programme will be around INR 1,25,000 per year without any additional fees like examiation fee, admission fee etc. The fee breakdown in INR is:

Tution fee : 1,25,000 per year

Admission fee : 10,000 (one-time)

Examination fee : 5000 per year

library, sports, etc. : 10,000 per year

Total estimated fee for 1st year - 1,50,000

But university is well regarded in several categories such as
1) Rank 29th in North India For MBA by week magazine. 
2) Quantum School of Business has been Ranked 20th in Top Private Business Schools in North India.
3) And 60th amongst all Business Schools in India.
4) The university also ranks 1st School of business in Uttarakhand

They Conduct and entrance exam and after the results they shortlist the students with top marks as merit and they give admission. students who are decided to join at Quantum school of graduate Studies need to pass their 10+2 and want to appear for the entrance exam which is conducted for Merit based admissions.The eligibility to appear for the entrance test is students must have passed their 10+2 from a recognised college.
