Candidates who have passed any degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for the categories reserved) are eligible to get into R.G. Kedia College of Commerce for the MBA/PGDM program. Candidates must pass the entrance exam, TSICET. Final year students can apply provisionally. The minimum age requirement is 19 years as of the date of notification, and there is no upper age limit. This means that a wide potential pool of applicants can pursue postgraduate studies in management.

The selection criteria for the MBA/PGDM course at R.G. Kedia College of Commerce include the following:
1. Entrance Exam: Candidates must qualify the Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) conducted by the state government of Andhra Pradesh. The top-scoring candidates are given priority during the counseling process.
2. Counseling: Admission is done through state government counseling for 85% of the seats, while the remaining 15% are filled by the college management.
3. Application Form: Candidates need to fill out the application form in their own handwriting and submit it along with necessary documents.
