R.R. Group of Institutions Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the B.E./B.Tech programme at R.R. Group of Institutions typically include the following:

1. Educational Qualification:

   • The candidate must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects.
   • The minimum required percentage is generally 50-60% in these subjects, though it may vary based on the specific course or program.

2. Age Limit:

   • The candidate should meet the minimum age requirement, which is typically 17 years at the time of admission.

3. Entrance Exam:

   • Candidates are required to appear for an entrance exam like JEE Main, JEECUP, or any other state-level or national-level entrance exams recognised by the institution. Some students may also be eligible for direct admission based on their Class 12 marks.

4. Lateral Entry (for Diploma Holders):

   • Candidates holding a Diploma in engineering with a minimum of 50% marks (or as specified by the institution) are eligible for lateral entry into the second year of the B.Tech program.

The following is the choice criteria for B.E./ B.Tech course offered at R.R. Group of Institutions:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. One of the following subjects should also be there: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical Vocational subject, Computer Science, Information Technology, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, or Entrepreneurship.

Minimum Qualifying Marks: Candidate must have scored not less than 45% in the subjects mentioned above taken together.

Entrance Exam Admission based on merit ranking through qualifying tests or entrance tests like MAT, KMAT, CAT, C-MAT and NATA.
