Rabindranath Tagore University, shortlists students mainly based on entrance scores. The university accepts valid score secured in the AJEE conducted by AISECT Group of Institutions. It is an in-house test conducted by the GOI for admission to all five of its universities. However, students may get admitted on a merit basis. Rabindranath Tagore University generally does not offer direct admissions for any of its courses. Students wishing to enrol in to the courses provided at the university need to ensure that they meet the admission criteria set of the same. For most of the RNTU Bhopal courses, admissions are entrance-based. Students need to appear for AJEE exam or provide valid scores secured in other exams to be eligible for admission.
