Yes, you can make it to RCOEM, but you will have to think about branch because with this score you will hardly get mechanical.

First of all, congratulations for these scores. As far as government colleges are concerned you need to wait for the CAP rounds to start. I can assure you about Pune but there are possibilities that you can make it in Nagpur colleges.

Yes, you can definitely make it up for RCOEM. But, as far as specialization branches are concerned, you need to wait for cap rounds.

It is a little difficult to interpret if you could make it with this score for electrical in first CAP rounds.
But you can definitely try for the same branch in 2nd round.

You have a good score in state but less in CET. But you should try in management rounds I'm sure till 3rd round you can get RCOEM.

Not only for RCOEM, but also for good future opportunities in good job profile, you should maintain a minimum of 60% in class 12th.
