The total fee of the four-year BTech programme is Rs 13 lakh.

For BTech, M.Tech and PhD programmes, the application fee at RAIT is Rs 1,550, Rs 2,150 and Rs 3,150, respectively.

Admission to the PhD programme is based on an entrance test followed by an interview. Candidates with UGC-NET (including JRF), CSIR NET (including JRF), SLET, GATE, teacher fellowship score or who have passed MPhil Programme is exempted from the entrance exam but is required to appear for a Personal Interview (PI).
