I think it's not good percentage for MBA. But, if you are talking about Diploma, so it may be possible to get admission in some college. But, it depends on college.

In Government College, for MBA it is about 20k to 60K.
I am private college, it's fee is about INR. 2 lakh to INR. 10 lakh.
