First of all, go through the Delhi University brochure. You will have to fill up the form which released by DU online and make a payment of 250 rupees then cut-off will be released by DU for different courses. Check out the last year's cut-off for different courses which are offered by DU. So, that you can get an idea.

Well, it is really very tough to get admission in any good college with 74% marks. But you can surely try as every college/course is different and hence their admission criteria also vary. You can also check the eligibility criteria of the course on their official website.
