Are you talking about Regional College, Bhopal? If yes, then you must know that there is no honours programme available in this college. B.Sc is available only in collaboration with B.Ed. If no, then please specify in your question.

Placement wise, Regional College is a good option. Last year, the for the Bangalore branch of Regional was 7 LPA. I don't know about the Bhubaneshwar campus, but Bangalore campus is good.
